What is public

The project introduction, FAQ, sharing graphics and individually approved examples are public. Invitation links do not display the inviter’s account details.

What stays protected

Member profiles, lessons, books, research records and recordings require authorized access, unless a specific example is deliberately approved for public use. An invitation never bypasses verification.

Account information

The existing registration collects a display name, email, password, voice group and optional community information, plus confirmation that you are 18 or older. No birthdate is requested. Service providers help operate accounts, hosting and storage and process information for those functions.

Visits and invitations

First-party outreach measurement counts visits, share actions and signup steps. A random cookie connects steps for up to 30 days; owner visit reports cover the last 90 days. Older visit events are removed as new measurement events are recorded. The owner can see aggregate totals. Members with an invitation link see counts, not invitees' identities. Totals are approximate and may include automated visits. These events are not sent to advertising services. Visits from browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not recorded by public visit measurement.

Account activity and protection

Sign-ins and visits to supported member sections are recorded with account information for owner review and project administration. Security records include the sign-in IP address, browser description and time. The security report covers 30 days; older security entries are removed when a new session check runs. Other member activity records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. A changed network address does not establish account sharing.
